Mobile technology is rapidly outpacing federal regulations, leaving the challenge of managing privacy and security considerations to healthcare organizations. Yet, most providers don’t have internal policies, infrastructure or applications in place to cover mHealth’s rapid expansion or to meet the demands of clinicians for areas such as bring-your-own-device support and app development.
